At Germain Tailors, we are committed to ensuring your garments fit perfectly and meet our high standards of craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the unworn, unwashed garment with all original tags attached into its original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking number until we confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange.
